The mission of the GCOC counseling department is to assist the learning of our students in a world-class virtual environment as they are empowered with twenty-first century knowledge and skills in the areas of academics, career, and personal and social development in order to succeed and compete in their local, national, and global communities.

Hello and welcome to the GCOC counseling center! Here at GCOC we have the privilege of working with students from all over Gwinnett County and while you are enrolled with our campus I will work jointly with your home school counselor to help and encourage you through the semesters. Online learning can be a very exciting experience for our students and while many of you are technologically sound enough to navigate through the course, know that I am here to help you. The counseling center will be adding new information throughout the year so check in frequently to see what's new!
