Summer 2017 Online Health and Personal Fitness
June 5 – June 30

  • June 26, 2017: Final Exam for both Health and PE – must be taken in person at GOC

Online Health
(.5 credit – graduation requirement)

HE (17.0110001-03) ONLINE SS 2017 HEALTH
(required for graduation)

  • Students will only need to be present on the final exam date – all other material is online
  • eADAP information is provided to students in the health course. (Students are responsible for signing up, completing, and saving the certificate from the free online program outside of our course.)
  • AHA Adult/Child CPR certification is available (not required)

Online Personal Fitness (.5 credit – graduation requirement)

  • REQUIRED Pre and Post Fitness Testing @GOC. See dates and information below. Post fitness testing will be completed on the same day as the final exam.

HE (36.0510001-03) ONLINE SS 2017 PERSONAL FITNESS (PE) Fitbit Charge HR with additional $25 Fee

  • Renting a Fitbit Charge HR to track exercise (an extra $25 rental fee and limited availability)

HE (36.0510001- 31) ONLINE SS 2017 PERSONAL FITNESS (PE) Fitbit (student provides equipment)

  • Using a smartphone to download the Fitbit App to track exercise (no extra charge)
